About FormVault

FormVault is an independent online publisher of free, printable U.S. legal templates. Our editorial mission is to make routine legal paperwork easier for ordinary individuals, families, and small businesses by collecting commonly requested documents in one place and pairing each one with plain-language guidance written for non-lawyers. Every template on the site is free to download, print, and use, and we will never put any of our content behind a paywall.

The library currently includes more than one hundred forms organized into categories such as wills and estate planning, powers of attorney, residential and commercial leases, affidavits, bills of sale, real estate, family law, business formation, healthcare directives, employment paperwork, financial documents, releases, demand letters and notices, name-change petitions, and small-claims court forms. New templates are added regularly based on reader requests submitted through our contact page.

FormVault is not a law firm. We do not represent clients, do not provide legal advice, and do not enter into attorney-client relationships with the people who use our templates. We are a publisher of educational legal information.
